Hello, Dear Ones,
When a believing person prays, great things happen. (James 5:16b NCV)
I've been giving thought to how to go about our prayer chain. I have decided to do an ongoing prayer post with updates and with Praises as they come in!
If you would like to be on this list, or if you would like me to post a prayer for you, please just let me know in the comments below in the Subject line put "Prayer Request", add the first name and last initial, prayer request and I will add it asap. I remove the info from the comments, so you will not see it below, but on this list here when I am done.
It has been said to me many times that " if we don't know what to pray for, be it huge or small, we don't receive the blessing that prayer will give the person who needs the prayer and the person praying". We pray to you Lord Jesus Christ to do your will in the lives of your children. We pray for comfort in pain, strength in healing and blessings through struggles. We lift up these Dear Ones on this list to you. We ask for guidance, knowledge, comfort and Spiritual Healing.
Prayers for Safety
Please pray for those in need of safety during and after Natural Disasters. God, we lift up those who are dealing with the natural disasters in this world. Keep them safe and free from all harm. Let them rebuild their lives on faith in Jesus Christ. Be with those who are hurting, in danger, scared, homeless, and in need of assistance. Be with them and let them know You are near.

We pray for those who are traveling that they have your protection and guidance. May they be a blessing to those around them while they are away. May they be safe to and from their journey. ~Amen
We pray for those who have endured tragic occurrences around this world. Father, we lift up those who are dealing with the innocent victims who have been affected, injured, or fallen prey to terrorism. Keep them comforted in Your loving arms. Let them rebuild their lives of faith in Jesus Christ. Many are hurting, lost, confused, and in need of assistance to rebuild their lives. Be with them and let them know you are near. Send those people who can help in any way possible. ~Amen

Coleen Harvey is our Missionary at Rosemont Baptist Church in Montrose, Colorado. She is currently in Russia and needs lots of prayer and well wishes! Keep her in mind and send her lots of prayers. "There will be 2 such conferences simultaneously: one in Warsaw and one in Tbilisi, Georgia. Pray for each of us as presenters (I have 5 seminars to give - fortunately all in English!) that we would allow the Lord to speak through us - most of the presenters are nationals which is cool! Pray for those receiving the information - there are nuances to the catalytic strategy that is hard to grasp, especially when one has done ministry for a long time coming from a different approach. The goal of the catalytic strategy is to raise up lay laborers who will start new works for God everywhere without the need of full-time teams of missionaries. There are so many who have yet to hear about Jesus and so few full-time laborers that we need to use a different approach if we are serious about discipling the nations while helping the lost to learn about Jesus' love!

Water For Haiti Mission Trip
We thank the missionaries who went to Haiti to build wells, teach about God, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, and The Bible. They will be bringing Bibles, clothes, crafts, and teaching about God's Love for them! Wes & Sue H., Gary & Dana H., Betty H., and Mauro H. We pray for their safety, their health and their ability to touch others lives. ~Amen
It is with a heavy heart, because I am human, that I announce that Kalila S. died on Thursday, September 6th, 2018.
No details have been given at this time and the family ask they have peace to morn thier loss. Kalila was 39 years young.
I know Kalila is in a better place. She knew the LORD Jesus. She played the piano for Rosemont Baptist Church like she was performing soley for God. She will be missed, but she is no longer in daily severe pain. God called her home. She is now playing for Him! Praise be to God!
Kalila S. who is being heavily treated with Cancer Therapy for radical cancer in her body. Strengthen her bones, blood, and endurance. She was hospitalized with MRSA, and was healing. She is struggling hard to keep going.
General Prayer Needed:
My friend, George, and his crew & cast are in need of prayers for thier new movie, Heavenly Deposit. There have been lots of struggles along the way to bringing this good Christian Movie to the public. Now, in the final weeks, George is asking for continued prayers. He & the crew are working to find promoters of the movie. Please pray for this to happen and get this wonderful miracle movie out. We pray that this movie will encourage others to come to Christ. We pray that the Glory of God is shown in this film and the beautiful true story it tells. "A family film about a faithless man that has a divine encounter and can't deny the power of God."
Pastor Mauro Zuniga, of Iglesia Verdad Y Vida, asks for prayer for the new building purchase for his church. They are our Spanish Speaking Sister Church and are in need of a new church building. They have found a building, prayers that all works out to the glory of God! Update** They closed on the new building! PRAISE GOD!
Lisa P, is asking for prayers for a Job Interview and support prayers for the family. May this be the job that God has placed for her and all in in His Grace. *UPDATE: Lisa has 2 jobs in the teaching field! Prayers that she is a good fit and Godly work can be done there. Holy, Holy, Holy is our GOD!
Marilynn E, who has a need for steady income in her new errands business. She is asking for favor and grace. She is also in need of selling her vehicle. Please pray God's hand in these requests.
Chris T., who has a need to have a Godly Christian Woman in his life. As well as Christian friends to help him do so! May God lead him in the way he should go.
Aaron H, who has some anger issues he is dealing with. May he have peace.
Wayne L., who works in a dangerous job where he has to stay and run the plant under forced evacuations, gas leaks, unhelpful workers, and works long hours/weeks. Please pray for his safety. Pray for him and his family too as they try to work him into a better, safer job. LORD God watch over him and protect him from harm. Be with his family and bring them all to you in Salvation! In The Name of Jesus Christ.
Jim W. & Matt D., who are struggling with uncooperative business people. That their business practice will remain strong and this new business is an opportunity to spread God's Word and the love of Jesus Christ. May the business grow and spread God's Love, Hope & Peace. *Update: Jim W. is in need of prayers for his health. After a stay in the hospital, they are still not sure what is going on. Please pray for his healing and God's continual work in their business.
Ashley & Leo M., who are struggling with marriage, school, and work issues. May You be strong in their lives and the lives of their children. *UPDATE: God is working in their lives. They were at church with the whole family this past weekend! Leo is enjoying the Church & Church Family and wants to come back! Praise God!!
Alex & Family, who minister to the homeless, drug/drink addicted in the community. May they have the LORD's Strength, courage, and stamina to stay the course. We thank them for their ministry.
Glenn & Holly B., who are looking to relocate. UPDATE: The fires in California are burning and smoke is everywhere. Glenn is having real difficulties breathing. Pray for the fires to be extinguished and those like Glenn to be healed of their health issues.
Susan A., who has family forgiveness issues. Pray also for her mother & brother as she deals with past issues with them.

We ask for your healing in all these peoples lives; these and those unspoken. We praise You for the healing you are doing. We thank You, Lord, for loving us so much that You gave Your Only Son to die for our sins. We ask in Jesus name these prayers turn into praises. Thank You, Father God. Amen.

CJ B's Best Friends little girl of 4 days old: has been life flighted to Denver Children's Hospital for heart trouble. Pleas pray for her recovery and God's will to be done.

Evelyn K, just had knee surgery and is asking for healing prayers. Praise God her knee is better! She also has neck issues and would like to get the pain under control.

The Family of 3 Boys in Maryland, their friend, Chris T., wrote this: "PLease say a prayer for the 3 little boys who lost their Mom and Dad to Murder and suicide last night and today. They lived up the street from me and the boys loved my dog and would always wave to me. I loved their dog too. The parents were great at first and then became distant from everybody and other neighbors of theirs said there was always domestic disputes going on. So sad and its why you have to put God and Jesus in your life and marriage first b4 all things." We ask God to keep them in His loving arms, with family that will continue to love and help them grow into fine men. God be with them in their struggle. Amen.
The Family of E & M, they have been fighting sickness for over a year. We ask that sickness leave the family, home, and schools. That the children & parents can live normal lives again. God be with them all, heal them and let them be strong Christans for you! Amen.

Duane T, he is having severe allergies to medication. Please pray they get this under control and he is on the mend once again.
CJ.D. who had bone missing in her face after an infection and dental work. The bone is healing and the infection has come back and is moving toward another tooth. Allergies are now under control, on top of all the infection! Prayers for healing!
Bryan A., having more health issues. UPDATE: Will be going to oncology once a week for blood work and chemo. Please pray for healing and that the Dr.s figure this all out.
James, a homeless in our community, was taken into detox. We pray he stays, sticks to it, and becomes healed from his addition. We also pray that a spot in the Salvation Army's treatment center/or similar will open up for him and he remains to finish the program.
Angela H., Baby had to have heart surgery, New Born Baby Girl.
Lanay, who is having difficulty breathing, and sleeping breathing. May the sleep apnea machine work for her. Help her while she struggles to get used to it. Praise GOD! She has lost weight and the medical problems have been resolved!
Charles T., who has throat cancer and has difficulty breathing, swallowing & eating. We pray for healing and relief.
Janice D.,fell and broke her arm. We pray for healing and no pain in her arm.
Luejean W., who needs prayer for severe back pain, numbness in legs, feet and one arm. Pray for the spine specialist who is seeing her to find the problem. Also for her family who hasn't been the best support system.
Little Emy, who continues to receive treatments at the hospital for her growth issues and heart.
Deb V., who is on the waiting list for a transplant. May God grant her this request, in Jesus Name.

Matt D. who is suffering from severe arthritis in his fingers & hands, shoulders and ankles, foot. Who also suffers from depression. He asks to pray for his business.
Karen R. who is struggling with depression, auto mechanical troubles, and hip pain issues.
George R. who is recovering from facial burns due to smoking with his oxygen. Prayers for healing and that he quits smoking.
Nancy H. who deals with depressive anger issues, severe health issues and that she continues doing physical therapy to help with her physical health issues.
Dot T., who recovered from one shoulder surgery, is scheduled for the other shoulder surgery and for both knees surgery.
Wes H., who is now seeking surgery for his severe back issues. It has been a long hard struggle, we pray for healing and peace with the decisions and surgery.
